Privacy Policy

Your data, handled with care — and explained without the fine-print maze.

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to any data collected or used by Developed Healthcare and Life Sciences LLC (“PPI”), including its subsidiaries and all internet domains it controls — DVLPDLabs.com and DVLPDHealth.com. By using PPI's websites, you consent to the data practices described below.

Collection of Personal Information

PPI may collect personally identifiable information from account holders, such as name and e-mail address. Upon purchase of PPI's products or services, PPI may also collect billing information (e.g. credit card number) and shipping address. It is possible that PPI obtains additional personal or non-personal information in order to complete a transaction or better service a customer inquiry. Upon visiting PPI's websites, information about your computer hardware and/or software may be automatically collected by PPI. Use of Personal Information

PPI may collect and use personally identifiable information in order to operate PPI's websites, to maintain the quality of PPI's products and services, and for general statistics regarding use of the PPI website. PPI may keep track of the webpages users visit within PPI's websites in order to determine what services and products are most seen. This data may be used by PPI to deliver customized content and advertising to customers. PPI may also use personally identifiable information to inform customers and account holders of various products or services available from PPI and its subsidiaries. PPI may also contact customers and account holders via surveys to conduct research and gather opinions about current services or potential new services. PPI does not sell, rent, or lease any information about customers or account holders to third parties. PPI may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send out e-mail or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. PPI and its websites may use “cookies” to help personalize the online experience of its users. A cookie is a text file that is placed on a hard disk by a webpage server. Cookies are uniquely assigned to a webpage's visitor and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie. PPI may use cookies to provide convenience features that save its users time in the form of retrieved information from previous page visits. PPI's users have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers accept cookies by default, but this can be modified in your web browser settings. If users choose to decline cookies, they may not be able to utilize the full features and services of PPI's websites.

Children Under Thirteen

PPI does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from persons under the age of 21. If you are under the age of 21, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use PPI and its websites.

Third Party Websites

PPI users will be able to connect their PPI account to third party accounts. By doing so, users acknowledge and agree that they are consenting to the continuous release of information about themselves, including personally identifiable information, to others in accordance with the privacy settings on these third party sites. If users do not want personally identifiable information to be shared in this manner, please do not use this feature. Users may disconnect their PPI account at any time.

Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

PPI respects the privacy of its customers and account holders. PPI will provide its users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving promotional and/or news related announcements.
